SPDIF RCA to (Optical + RCA) Adapter

 I needed to connect one RCA digital SPDIF output to a TOSLINK optical input. As many times, a simple device with that functionality was again much more expensive that what I believed reasonable. I found some circuits on the net and I adapted those designs to my needs. I finally came up to this circuit:

Since it was very simple and I only needed one, I didn´t design a PCB. I built it on a project board with the following layout:
